Well, that didn’t go as planned. On our auctions page, we usually keep a calendar of major watch auctions around the world. Obviously, the universe had plans this year that had no concern for a few measly auctions, and so that calendar has largely been tossed aside. But, auction houses have done well to adapt, moving auctions online and re-shifting calendars.
With that, we wanted to aggregate auctions from some of the major houses over the rest of 2020. We’ve marked the “headline” auctions from the largest auction houses — Christie’s, Phillips, Sotheby’s, and Antiquorum — with an asterisk (“*”) so you can skim the list below to find the most important auctions.
